You might be planning your mountain trip around a particular event, within a time constraint or just wanting, as we all do, for our holiday to run smoothly with no hassles.

We take all the hassle out of your holiday by arranging every detail. We’re used to receiving requests so we always know the main bases to cover ensuring that nothing is forgotten and we’ll remember to ask you what you might need. But for those more personal requests we’re always happy to oblige and thrive on the challenge of meeting your expectations and exceeding them.

Private airport transfers

Both from your home to the airport and from airport to resort we can arrange transfers in a range of vehicles and via private helicopter.

Luggage

Depending on how you decide to travel to resort you may not want to have your luggage with you, to many resorts we can organise for your luggage to be sent directly so that it’s waiting at your hotel or chalet on arrival.

Airport lounge access

Depending on where you’re travelling from and the time of day you might want to have some privacy and the ability to relax at the airport. We can arrange access to a selection of lounges at key airports around the world.

Flights

We can advise and organise both scheduled flights and private charter services as part of our offering.

Lift passes

You won’t want to be queuing once you get to the resort or wasting valuable skiing time trying to organise lift passes on your first morning so we can make sure that they’re in your chalet or hotel on arrival.

Equipment rental

We can arrange for your equipment to be pre-booked so that you don’t have to worry about payments and deposits when you arrive. We can also arrange for in-house ski and boot fittings in many of our resorts.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons & Guiding

If you’re taking lessons or skiing with a guide it becomes one of the most important elements of your holiday, after all you’re in each other’s company for the duration. We know many individual instructors and guides, we know their personalities, qualifications and can match them accordingly to your needs, whether you’re looking for lessons in different languages, want a ‘cool’ instructor for the kids or need guide who can show you routes you don’t already know.

Childcare

We can ensure that trustworthy, qualified and experienced nannies are available to look after children and infants on a permanent or flexible basis throughout your holiday. So if you need someone whilst you enjoy an adult meal out, while you explore some more advanced skiing options, or enjoy the shops in quiet it can be arranged.

Spa treatments

Many of our hotel and chalet collections have in-house spas and we can arrange a catalogue of treatments and massages at these. We also work with a number of the top private spas in the mountains and can arrange priority treatments at these too.

Private chefs, cuisine and dining

Many of our chalets have the options for in house catering by a professional chef, where this service is offered we are able to provide a menu consultation prior to departure to discuss any special dietary requirements – likes or dislikes, so that we can make sure you fully enjoy every meal. We also have contacts with freelance chefs who can provide a similar service in chalets that don’t offer catering. If you require restaurant bookings for lunch and dinner we can suggest and reserve the best local spots in each resort whether casual or glamorous.

Adventures and activities

We can arrange pretty much any mountain activity that you can think of, obviously some are restricted by location however if you’d like a husky ride, a hot air balloon trip over mountain tops or a picnic on the piste we can sort it. If you’ve been having visions a little more on the adventurous side we’re not adverse to helping you tailor journeys that are completely out of the ordinary you can take a look at our ‘Skiers Bucket List’ for inspiration and ideas on what we know to be possible.

Corporate

For corporate clients we’re able to offer a range of ultimate staff incentives, entertainment for key clients and alpine events with prizes and promotions to match. You can contact us for details, inspiration and to discuss your specific requirements and brief.
