From your first phone call right through until you get back home we’re on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You’ll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.
A daily housekeeping service is provided at the chalet and fresh towels can be provided each day.
Food & Drink
There will be a chef at your property along with two / three hosts –on 6 evenings during the week you’ll be treated to a 5-course dinner with 6 pairs of carefully selected wines. Before dinner Laurent-Perrier Champagne is served with canapés. Breakfast is served daily, as is afternoon tea. There is a complimentary drinks cabinet at the property and also Sipsmith cocktails.
The chef will be happy to discuss your menu with you prior to arrival in resort and can cater to dietary requirements, children and any other specific requests with prior notice.
This property has a shared driver service from 8am to 8pm using 4×4 vehicles. On the staff day off the driver service is extended to 11pm. Please note that the driver service is within the resort only. It is possible to upgrade to a private driver service from 8am to midnight for a surcharge.
Private transfers, ski lessons and other in resort activities can be arranged for an additional charge.
Flights & Transfers
There is an option available to add a package with British Airways Club Europe flights and transfers included. If flights are taken the package is ATOL protected. Please enquire for more details.
