Balancing elegance and rustic charm, this beautiful chalet is a weary skier’s dream retreat. Located on Dogtooth Close, it is a minute from the Dawn Mountain Trails, making it very convenient for Nordic skiing enthusiasts.

With four en-suite bedrooms, that can all be configured as twins or kings, this property can work for a variety of group dynamics. It has additional sleeping in the media room and attic room, so can accommodate up to 11 people.

The house is entered on the middle level at the kitchen. It is open-plan, with a breakfast bar plus stools and the kitchen comes complete with all necessary appliances. The large classic two-tone dining table is a wonderful meeting point for analysing the day’s skiing and filling hungry stomachs. It seats up to 12.

Beyond this point and left of centre is a stylishly-appointed living area, complete with two 3-seater sofas and two character leather arm chairs and ottomans, set before an open fireplace. There is a drinks console to the right of this space, and past this are large sliding doors leading out to a spacious deck with a barbeque area.

There is also a small w.c on this floor.

The lower level has two bedrooms, both en suite with a shower and bath, a laundry room and a dedicated media room, fitted with a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Viewing pleasure is enhanced by comfortable seating in the form of a tasteful leather sectional that wraps around the room, as well as a rocker/recliner. This sofa contains a pull-out queen bed, accommodating two extra people. There are doors here which access the back garden and hot tub where guests will enjoy the privacy and peace of the forest which lies behind the house.

A games room with a fussball table adjourns the media room.

Two more twin/king bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms are located on the upper level. A small attic room with a desk, pc and small sofa, which converts into a single bed, provide space for another person.
