Chalet Prarion in Chamonix

Chalet Prarion is a ski in ski out chalet for up to twelve guests located in Les Houches in the Chamonix valley. Set in extensive private grounds right next to the Aillouds piste, the chalet has six bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and all of which can be configured as either doubles or twins.

There are over two hundred and fifty square metres of accommodation over three floors. With comfortable and inviting living and dining areas, a superb games room, home cinema and an outside hot tub, the chalet is well-suited to family holidays, groups of friends or corporate events.

You can ski directly to and from the main entrance on the ground floor where there is a ski room, laundry room, baby changing room and food preparation area, one twin or double en-suite bedroom and a games room with full-sized pool table and home cinema system comprising HDTV, Blue Ray DVD player, Bose sound system and a fifty inch plasma screen. The games room also has a Wii games console and a selection of DVDs, games and books.

The main living and dining area with its central fireplace and carefully-selected leather and oak Savoyarde furniture is on the first floor. The large oak dining table seats twelve people and French doors open onto a south-facing terrace with a sunken hydrotherapy hot tub. Outside, the garden provides a great childrens play area and is fully kitted out with sledges and toys. One double or twin bedroom is also located on this floor.

Four further twin or double rooms, two of which have access to a balcony overlooking the ski slopes, are located on the second floor. Robes, slippers, towels and toiletries are provided in all rooms.

Guests are looked after during their stay by a chef and a chalet host. There is also a driver to transport you to and from the ski slopes and the option of a nanny if required.

The chef will prepare a wonderful four course meal on six evenings during each week, accompanied by a great selection of high-quality house wines. A full breakfast including cooked option is provided on six days per week and afternoon tea and cakes are available daily. On the staff day off guests can sample the delights of one of the many excellent local restaurants.
