Chalet La Ferme is located in the small hamlet of Le Freney just a few minutes from central Megeve. The property is a beautifully renovated 17th century farmhouse and has spectacular views over the Mont Blanc mountain range. The location is superb in that the village centres of both Megeve and St Gervais are around six minutes away by car with Chamonix and Les Contamines both accessible within under twenty.

Spanning three hundred and twenty square metres and split over two levels there’s plenty of space at La Ferme. There’s a large open plan living area that has been tastefully decorated with simple and elegant furnishings. The dining table comfortably seats all guests plus a few more and is a great spot for dinner parties that go on into the late hours of the night. There is a roaring fireplace in the living room and a separate television snug room for watching movies.

The chalet has six comfortable bedrooms, four of these are en-suite, and five bathrooms with space for up to thirteen guests.

The chalet has over two thousand square metres of outside space with a sun terrance and hot-tub that’s big enough for six. You can actually ski to the chalet off-piste from the Princess ski lift although this is only for good skiers, so it has a ski-in but not ski-out location.
