Chalet Aquilo in Gstaad

Chalet Aquilo is located in the Bissen area of Gstaad, nestled above the village the property has spectacular views across the surrounding mountains and the village. The centre of Gstaad is a short five minute drive away.

The chalet is grand and spacious blending styles of old and new to create an opulent and chic mountain home. Inside the chalet the living room has French doors opening out onto a terrace and balcony which provide the space with fantastic sunlight as well as providing views of the surrounding ski area. On this living level there’s also a kitchen, a dining area which seats up to ten guests along with a snug room for relaxing in front of the television and an office.

Chalet Aquilo has six en-suite bedrooms which can sleep up to twelve guests, there’s also additional space for two children in a bunk room which is located off one of the main bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Four of the main bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property with the remaining three doubles on the ground floor. All of the first floor bedrooms, with the exception of the bunk room, have garden access. There is also an additional single bedroom with shared shower room.

One of Chalet Aquilo’s most indulgent features is its sumptuous wellness area and spa which is located on the ground floor of the property. Here guests will find a second kitchen and breakfast dining area with a further lounge which run down the side of the swimming pool. There’s a large television room which opens up to the pool too and this floor also houses a sauna and shower room.

It should be noted that Chalet Aquilo is a semi-detached property and therefore half the building is occupied by another property.
