The Victoria Penthouse is a beautifully decorated and furnished three hundred square metre duplex apartment located in the centre of Verbier, less than five minutes’ walk from Place Centrale. The property is on the second and third floors of the luxurious Victoria and Valentine building and sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms, all of which have private bath or shower rooms.

The main living space is on the top floor and has high beamed ceilings, an open fireplace surrounded by deep, comfortable sofas and armchairs and french doors leading to a large balcony with fantastic views southwards over the Val de Bagnes to the mountains beyond. The kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area is on this floor.

On the lower floor is a second living/entertainment space with an open fireplace, fully-equipped bar, full-size pool table and large flat screen TV. A second balcony is accessed from this room via sliding doors.

The master bedroom, with its large bathroom with free-standing bath tub and a separate shower and a second twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room are located on the top floor. These rooms share a rear balcony with views towards the Savolyeres ski area.

Three more bedrooms are located on the lower floor – a double room with en-suite bathroom, a twin room with en-suite shower room and a children’s bunk room with it’s own shower room. The double room and bunk room have access to the rear balcony.

There are additional guest restrooms on both floors and a private laundry room on the lower floor. Both levels of the penthouse can be reached via a private elevator.

The Victoria & Valentine complex has one of the best spa complexes in the resort for the exclusive use of owners and guests with a large swimming pool, gym with exercise machines and free weights, sauna, steam room and a games room.

There is internal parking for two cars and a shared ski room accessed via the garage level.
