The hotel offers a selection of well proportioned and minimalistic rooms that manage to retain alpine charm through the sparing use of colours, furs and fabrics. The rooms enjoy fabulous views over the pride of Zermatt, the mighty Matterhorn.
There’s a great little eatery in the hotel with an outdoor terrace that’s a real sun trap on good days. Make sure to try the shared platters, risotto or the Cote du Bouef from the grill which is a true favourite among the guests.
Cervo has a small yet private spa and wellness area with a sauna, steam room, outdoor whirlpool and bucket shower. There’s also a resting room to chill in after your massage or treatments – the team do a great ‘Apres Ski’ massage on the legs.
