Deer Valley

Nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, Deer Valley is an upmarket ski resort renowned for its outstanding service, immaculately groomed slopes and varied terrain to suit all abilities.

Easily accessible from Salt Lake City, Deer Valley is situated just outside the historic mining town of Park City and is considered to be one of the top ski resorts in North America. The emphasis really is on ‘ski’ here, since snowboarding is prohibited, and the resort certainly does the utmost to make sure skiers have an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Home to over 2,000 acres of skiable terrain spread across six mountains, Deer Valley offers
excellent snow reliability, great powder and varied slopes, making it a fantastic playground for all types of skiers. What really sets Deer Valley apart though is the impeccable service it offers, from ski valets who help unload and carry skis to perfectly groomed slopes and high speed lifts. There is also a limit to the number of lift tickets sold each day so queues are practically non-existent and the slopes are never overcrowded.

The resort itself is fairly spread out with the Silver Lake area being the main focus. Accommodation varies from 5* hotels to condos and there are plenty of outstanding ski-in/ski-out luxury chalets in Deer Valley too.
