Booking Conditions

Alpine Guru Limited acts exclusively as an agent for all bookings we make and process on your behalf.

All bookings are subject to each provider’s own booking conditions, which are available on request.

If you make multiple bookings via us, this will never constitute a package as defined in the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, nor the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing) Regulations 1995, Amended 2003. This is because the price for each booking individually will always be the same as the total sum of multiple bookings combined.

Alpine Guru Ltd cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in bookings made by one of our providers. Our responsibilities are solely limited to making bookings as per your instructions. We advise that you notify us immediately should any mistakes appear on your booking confirmation documents so that we can contact the provider regarding these on your behalf.

To confirm bookings a deposit must be paid as outlined in the provider’s terms of booking. Additional fees may be levied to those paying by credit cards. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking. We will provide receipts of payment from the provider as soon as we receive these and in some cases may invoice on behalf of the provider.

Please ask us for details on what financial protection might apply to your booking. Please note that not all of the providers we work with provide financial protection.

Our prices are set by the providers we work with. We reserve the right to amend and edit advertised prices as well as other website information. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of property information we display, although we do endeavor to maintain accurate information to the fullest extent possible.

Any special offers or exclusive deals that we feature will be bound either by the provider’s specific terms for that deal, or by separate booking terms from those listed here which will be mentioned alongside the offer. Multiple special offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated.
