From your first phone call right through until you get back home we’re on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You’ll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.
A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the chalet with turn down throughout your stay. There are robes, slippers and luxury bath products in all of the rooms.
Food & Drink
Exceptional cuisine with daily breakfast (selection of hot dishes and continental buffet), charcuterie platter and freshly made breads alongside cakes at afternoon tea each day and 5 course evening meal on 5 nights. Dinner is paired with excellent wine ‘flights’ from the house selection and Belstar Prosecco is served throughout the week on-demand. There is also a premium spirits bar, artisan beers and of course an a la carte wine list. The staff also prepare a signature cocktail each evening from the in-house menu.
Chefs are happy to discuss your menu with you prior to arrival in resort and can cater to dietary requirements, children and any other specific requests with prior notice.
There is a driver service from 8.00am until 10.30pm each day in luxury VW Caravelles (or similar). Please note that the driver service is in resort only.
Private airport transfers with VIP Meet & Greet service, ski instruction and other in resort activities can be arranged for an additional charge.
