Soline is a charming five bedroom apartment occupying the entire middle floor of a luxury chalet that is situated in the peaceful Nasserein neighbourhood of St Anton. The lively resort centre is a 10 minute walk or a three minute drive and it is just a three walk to the Nasserein lift station. During good snow conditions, it is possible for competent skiers to ski-in and ski-out.

With an overall living space of 200m² set over one floor, Soline comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is well-suited to laid-back friends and family holidays.

The open plan living and dining area features an 18th Century Tyrolean fireplace and an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling above the dining table. The use of richly coloured fabrics and traditional furnishings set against a backdrop of aged wood-panelling adds to the welcome, laid-back ambience. A well-equipped, open kitchen overlooks the dining table with seating for 12 and there is a separate TV room with a large L-shaped sofa on which to relax. From the main living area, there are French doors opening onto a sunny, south-west facing balcony with mountain views.

The bedrooms have been simply but beautifully furnished in restful tones and are bright and sunny. Three bedrooms, including the spacious master suite, can be configured as doubles or twins and have ensuite bathrooms and sunny balconies. There is one twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a traditional quad bunk room with adult size beds and and an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional WC in the bedroom corridor and another in the entrance hall.

Guests have use of a tranquil spa area with steam room, sauna, relaxation area and shower which is situated on the lower ground floor of the chalet and shared with two other apartments. There is also a shared ski locker with boot warmers and external parking for two vehicles. The property has WiFi internet throughout.

When booked on a catered basis, all food preparation takes place in the professional kitchen on the lower ground floor and is served to guests in the comfort of the apartment.
