A brand new chalet ideal for families or smaller groups, located at the quiet end of Main Street a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, ski slopes and lifts.

Located in the centre of the town, conveniently close to the slopes, lifts, bars and restaurants, Chalet 53 is a tastefully furnished three bedroom property that is ideal for families or smaller groups wishing to be close to all that St Anton has to offer.

Accessed via an elevator and set on one level with a living space of 160m², the chalet can comfortably accommodate six adults and two children. Wood floors, exposed beams, natural stone and the use of warm, cosy fabrics and furnishings create an interior that is relaxing and homely.

The living room has comfortably upholstered sofas and armchairs set around an open fireplace with a stone chimney breast, creating a lovely welcoming space to relax together after a day on the mountain. Mealtimes take place around a large wooden table in the private dining room which is partially separated from the living area by the fireplace and a partition wall. There is a separate kitchen adjacent to the dining room.

The bedrooms are charmingly designed in typically Austrian style with reclaimed wood panelling, locally inspired wooden furnishings, plaid fabrics and colourful throws on the beds. Two rooms have double/twin beds, en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace whilst the family room has double/twin beds, bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Chalet 53 has Apple TV, Satellite TV, DVD Player, an iPad for guest use and WiFi internet.

There is exclusive storage for all ski equipment at the foot of the slopes.

Chalet 53 can be rented together with Chalet Montfort, which is right next door, to give a total of 13 bedrooms for large groups or corporate bookings.

Location

Situated at the quiet end on main street 100 metres from the centre and 200-400 metres from the slopes and lifts.
