The No. 5 complex is centrally located close to the well-known bar/restaurant Fer à Chevel and just two minutes’ walk from Médran main lift station and Place Centrale. Completed in 2012, all of the No. 5 apartments have been finished to a very high standard and have shared use of the excellent spa facilities.

With 175m² of living space, No. 5 Apartment 3 is on the second floor of the building and accommodates up to six guests in three ensuite bedrooms making it an ideal choice for small groups or families.

Bright and open plan, the main living and dining area has a wood burning stove and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto a sunny, south-facing balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Overlooking the 8-seater dining table is a well-equipped, modern kitchen with a breakfast bar which serves as a natural divide between the main living space.

Simply but tastefully furnished, the bedrooms have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins and two have ensuite shower rooms and one has an ensuite bathroom.Two bedrooms also have balcony access. There is a guest WC in the hallway off the main entrance.

Guests staying in the No. 5 complex have access to the shared spa facility which has a steam room, sauna and gym. Guests have use of a private ski locker within the shared ski room and use of one parking space in the underground garage.

No. 5 Apartment 3 has WiFi internet, a sound system and Satellite/Cable TV.
