Chalet Alta

Completed in 2015, Chalet Alta is a stylish chalet of distinctive architectural design situated in the quiet and picturesque hamlet of Le Lavancher. The cross-country ski trails run just below the chalet whilst the Grands Montets ski area and Chamonix centre are five and 10 minutes by car respectively, making this an ideal choice for those looking for a peaceful setting away from the bustle of the resort centre.

The interiors are lavishly contemporary with much attention to detail and stylishly quirky finishes. On the main level, a large central fireplace separates the beautifully furnished sitting room with its two huge sumptuous sofas from the Baroque style formal dining area. There is a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The bar area in the main living space leads to the hydro-jet heated pool which is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass doors opening directly onto the large private garden giving an indoor/outdoor pool option.

There are five well-appointed double bedrooms, each with its own uniquely glamorous look, Carrera luxury en-suite bathroom and private terrace or balcony. The children’s bedroom has two sets of cosy cabin style bunk-beds and shares a bathroom with one of the main bedrooms.

The lower level is given over to leisure and relaxation with a TV room furnished with very large comfortable cinema style sofas and the beautiful spa area with sauna, steam room and gym.

Chalet Alta has a large garage, heated ski and boot room, WiFi internet, Satellite TV and Sonos sound system.

A dedicated in-resort driver service is provided during the Winter season.
