Adjacent to the Chamonix golf course near the village of Les Praz, Chalet Dalmore is a very contemporary property with spectacular mountain views and all day sunshine. The Flégère cable car is a two minute drive whilst Chamonix centre and the other main lift stations are 10 – 15 minutes away.

With a living space of 535m² set over three floors plus furnished terraces and balconies, Chalet Dalmore comfortably accommodates 10 guests in five ensuite bedrooms.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area is vast and open plan with full height panoramic windows flooding the room with light and framing the spectacular views of the Mont Blanc massif. Perhaps the focal point of the room is the suspended fireplace with intricate wood detailing and the criss-crossed wooden ceiling – a modern twist on the traditional alpine beams. Doors open onto the surrounding terrace with an outdoor hot tub and access to the garden. Overlooking the dining table is a fully-equipped modern kitchen which can be closed off from the living and dining area by sliding glass doors. There is also a TV snug with a library corner for those who wish to relax with a book, magazine or a film.

On the top floor, there is a covered, semi-outdoor roof terrace furnished with sofas, swing seats and cosy rugs and throws – the perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink on both sunny and snowy days.

The five bedrooms are clean-lined and modern with floor to ceiling windows opening onto private balconies with mountain views. There are three bedrooms on the top floor, including the master suite with a separate dressing room, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. All rooms can be configured as doubles or twins, have Smart TVs and ensuite bathrooms with a bathtub, shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, there is a fantastic cinema room with low-slung, oversized sofas on which to sprawl out and enjoy a movie. There is also a sauna and massage/treatment room. On the main terrace, there is a 10 metre outdoor swimming pool which is available for use during the summer months.

Chalet Dalmore has WiFi internet throughout, Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV, a Sonos sound system, iPod docking stations and Playstation as well as a selection of DVDs, books and games. There is a ski storage room with boot warmers and garage parking for up to three vehicles.
