Like its sister, Chalet Licorne, Chalet Licorne des Neiges is a highly sought-after property of contemporary design with excellent facilities that has been finished to a high standard. Sleeping up to 10 guests in 625m² of living space the chalet is situated right on the slopes, just 300 metres from the Belvédère ski lift, making it an ideal property for friends and family groups looking for stylish ski-in/ski-out accommodation.

The spacious open plan living space on the ground floor comprises a comfortable TV area with large sofas set around an ethanol fireplace, a dining area with a second ethanol fireplace, a separate kitchen and a gorgeous boudoir area – the perfect place to curl up with a book or a glass of wine and enjoy the mountain views. The decor, in soft creams and neutral shades, is elegant and uncluttered and the living area opens onto the terrace from which there is direct access onto the slopes via a flight of steps. There is a guest WC on the ground floor.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a super-kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and separate WC, fireplace, office, TV and balcony. There are also two double bedrooms with super-kingsize beds, balcony, TV and private ensuite bathrooms with separate WC.

On the lower ground level are two double bedrooms with disabled access, super-kingsize beds, a balcony, TV, and shared ensuite bathroom with separate WC.

Also on the lower ground level is the Romanesque-style wellness area with pool, Jacuzzi, relaxation area, sauna, hammam and large shower. There is also a cloakroom, guest WC, ski room with boot heater and large garage with ample parking.

Chalet Licorne des Neige has WiFi internet, safety deposit boxes in all bedrooms and elevator access on all floors.
