Completed in 2017, Chalet Alpaca is a spectacular newly built property with an enviable location above the village, offering both privacy and tranquility with incredible mountain views. Conveniently situated for the slopes, the Doron piste is only a 100 metres away from the chalet whilst the centre of Meribel village is less than a five minute drive away.

Accommodating up to fourteen guests over four luxurious floors, this newly built chalet offers endless relaxation, entertainment and fitness options for all. Blending natural materials with bespoke design, this modern mountain home has a spacious interior filled with natural light. Located on the first floor is the main communal area comprising a magnificent living room and bar area with an open fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the mountains. There is also an elegant dining area where delicious meals can be enjoyed together and a separate kitchen with an island bar for more informal meals.

Both living and dining areas offer access to a large terrace and south-facing garden. Here guests can enjoy a swim in the heated pool, relax in the beautiful copper hot tub or warm up around the fire-pit.

Chalet Alpaca is home to six individually designed and furnished en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, is a haven of luxury with a wood-burning stove, spacious dressing room, private balcony boasting panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with an exquisite copper bath and rain shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a second living area with an open fireplace, library and office space – a great place to relax in comfort.

A further three double bedrooms on the first floor have en-suite facilities, stunning views and private balconies. The final two bedrooms located on the upper ground floor encompass a twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and terrace access and a children’s quad bunk room with a separate bathroom. These rooms can be self-contained making for an ideal family suite. There is also a self-contained flat for staff with separate access on the lower ground floor of the chalet.

Chalet Alpaca is filled with incredible facilities, from the fabulous cinema and games room with pinball machine, pool table and bar area to the superb spa with hammam, sauna, rain shower and private massage room. There is even a unique sports room with it’s very own indoor climbing wall.

Other features of this fantastic chalet include a ski room with heated boot warmers, a private gym, wine cave, laundry room and garage.
