The Three Valleys ski area is within easy reach, whilst St-Martin itself offers some wonderful skiing for all levels; including some great off-piste when snow conditions allow.
With an overall living space of 350m² set over three floors, this charming boutique style property can accommodate up to 10 guests in five ensuite bedrooms and is ideal for friends and family holidays.
Rustic, locally sourced furnishings and natural fabrics in warm earthy tones set against a backdrop of aged-wood panelled walls and beams create a warm and cosy ambience, whilst high quality modern fittings and finishes ensure utmost comfort. A staircase leads up from the ground floor entrance hall to the first floor open plan living and dining area, with a traditional log fire and French doors opening onto a small balcony with wonderful mountain views. Overlooking the dining table is a large, well-equipped kitchen whilst, at the far end of the space, there is a TV room with flat screen TV, comfy sofas and doors opening onto a furnished terrace.
Distributed between the three floors are four double/twin bedrooms and one fixed double bedroom. The double/twin rooms each have a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC whilst the double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and WC.
An indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room are situated on the ground floor and in-chalet massages can be arranged upon request. On the top floor, there is a cinema room with a projector screen and comfortable reclining chairs.
Le Chalet has a ski room with boot warmers/driers, private garage parking, WiFi internet and iPod docking stations for guest use.
