Chalet Alice is situated at the end of a road in the peaceful and private estate of Les Fermes de Val and, from its elevated position, offers fantastic views of the Isère valley. The bustling resort centre is a 10 minute walk and the Bellevarde Express lift is a two minute chauffeured drive or about eight minutes on foot.
With an overall living space of 300m² set over four floors and large south-facing terrace, this freestanding, luxury chalet sleeps eight guests in four charmingly decorated double bedrooms.
The beautifully designed interiors combine traditional alpine elements with a hint of Moroccan style resulting in a decor that is exudes a welcoming warmth. The main living area on the second floor has a double-height, antique wood-beamed, vaulted ceiling and huge windows framing the views down the Isère valley. The sitting area has Smart/Apple TV, comfortable sofas set around an open fireplace and opens onto a large, sunny terrace. The adjacent dining area, with its beautiful slate-topped 8-seater dining table, exudes a rustic charm with its wooden floors, exposed beams and white-washed walls. There is a separate kitchen, also with terrace access, and a guest WC.
Chalet Alice has four ensuite bedrooms all of which can all be configured as doubles or twins. Set under the eaves on the top floor is the romantic master suite with an open plan style bathroom with bathtub and over-shower. The other bedrooms are situated on the first floor and all have ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and over-showers. The smallest room has views of Solaise mountain.
On the ground floor, there is a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool with jet stream, Moroccan style hammam and massage/treatment room. There is also a TV room with comfy sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a ski storage room with boot warmers.
Chalet Alice has WiFi internet and Apple/Smart TV with UK channels.
