Built in 2008, Chesa Falcun is one of Klosters most exclusive and luxurious properties. From its commanding position, there are views across the Klosters Valley towards the Gostchna and Kublis peaks, as well as southerly views across the vast open snow fields in front. The Gotschna ski lift and resort centre are a three minute chauffeured drive and it is also possible to ski to the village across the snow field or enjoy a 10 minute walk.
With an interior living space of 480m² set over four floors and a choice of sunny terraces and balconies, Chesa Falcun sleeps up to 12 guests in six beautiful ensuite bedrooms. A seventh bedroom is available should guests wish to bring their own staff.
Traditional chalet elements and rich textured fabrics have been combined with modern fixtures and fittings to create a warm and welcoming ambiance. On the first floor, the drawing room is bright and spacious with well-upholstered sofas set around a corner fireplace and doors opening onto the surrounding balconies. There is a separate TV room and a study/office for those who may need to work or simply have some quiet time. Mealtimes take place on the ground floor where there is a large breakfast and dining room with a wood burning fireplace, and a separate, well-equipped kitchen. Doors open onto the al fresco dining terrace from where there are spectacular mountain views.
All of the bedrooms have been individually and beautifully furnished and have terraces or balconies with views of the snow fields and mountains. On the top floor, the master bedroom has a double height, wood beamed ceiling, wood burning fireplace and private, south-facing balcony. There are a further two bedrooms on the top floor, one bedroom on the first floor, one bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom on the lower ground floor. All bedrooms can be configured as kingsize doubles or twins if required. The staff bedroom is located on the lower ground floor.
Also on the lower ground floor is the tranquil spa with relaxation area, sauna, steam shower, massage room and partially covered hot tub with mountain views.
Chesa Falcun has high speed WiFi internet throughout, Sky TV, a DVD player and business facilities. The ski room is situated just off the main entrance on the ground floor and there are laundry facilities and garage parking.
An elevator gives access to all floors.
