Situated in a tranquil area in Klosters, Haus Alpina is one of the most exclusive properties available to rent in Klosters and was designed by Nicky Dobree who is highly regarded in the world of ski chalet design. The ski lifts and resort centre are a five minute drive or a 10 minute walk from the property.

With an overall living space of 600m² split across two floors and with a choice of balconies, this stunning penthouse apartment accommodates up to 12 guests if rented in its entirety or 10 guests if the master suite on the second floor is excluded. It is an ideal choice for a family group or friends holidaying together ho wish to experience a traditional and exclusive resort full of charm.

The beautifully designed contemporary interiors are both elegant yet incredibly inviting and decorated in soft neutral tones and cosy fabrics. There are two sitting rooms with double-height, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and oversized sofas on which to curl up and relax. One of these living rooms also has a games area and a formal dining area with a stunning 12-seater dining table set under a quirky antler-themed chandelier. Breakfast is served by the fire in the traditional Swiss-Stübli where guests can also enjoy an informal evening meal of fondue and other local specialities. Adjacent to the Stübli, is a fully-equipped kitchen with an Aga stove. On the top floor, there is a balcony library with an office area with an Apple Mac computer and a TV snug with Sky TV and a selection of DVDs. WiFi is available throughout.

Haus Alpina has six luxurious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and balcony access. Five bedrooms are on the main floor and include a master and a double with superking size beds, two double/twin bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The stunning master suite is situated on the top floor and is available when the apartment is rented in its entirety.

There is a dedicated treatment room for in-house massages and pampering which are bookable in advance, a ski room with boot warmers and a large garage with parking for up to 10 vehicles. The apartment is accessed via an elevator.
