Chalet Les Anges in Zermatt is one of the finest and most luxurious chalets in the Alps. Located in the Petit Village area in the North of Zermatt it has fantastic views of the Matterhorn and the town below. The Sunnegga funicular is a five-minute walk or two-minute taxi ride away and it is a ten-minute stroll to the town centre.
The chalet was designed by the famous interior architect Magali de Tscharner and has 750 square meters of space spread over three floors. The interior has a warm and cosy ambiance with comfortable contemporary furnishings, open fireplaces and extensive use of reclaimed wood and natural fabrics. Large windows provide spectacular mountain views and flood the property with natural light.
The spacious top-floor living area has high ceilings and full-height windows to showcase Zermatt’s dramatic mountain scenery. Outside is a south-facing terrace with a table seating fourteen and a barbeque. A cosy and quiet library and TV room completes the top floor.
On the lower two floors there are seven double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and balconies. Six of the bedrooms have a view of the Matterhorn.
Chalet Les Anges has a large and luxurious spa area with a sauna, hammam, massage room and relaxation area which is clad in Italian marble and features an ornamental pond and fountain. Outside there is a three-metre black marble plunge pool with massage jets and underwater lighting which is perfect to relax in after a day on the slopes.
