A look inside: Tivoli Lodge
Elegant, luxurious and contemporary, Tivoli Lodge is as imposing as the Engadine mountains which surround it.
Davos is known as the home of the World Economic Forum and as one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe. Its location at the foot of the Engadine mountains provides a superb snow record and views to die for. Neighbouring Klosters has always been a favourite of the Royal family and is just a short scenic train ride away. The resorts share the Parsenn ski area and have some of the best off-piste skiing in the Alps.
Tivoli Lodge undoubtedly vies for a position as one of the most exclusive chalets in the mountains. Whether it be a corporate retreat or family reunion this chalet can undoubtedly deliver on service and facilities alike. Oh and it’s ski-in/ski-out too…
Tivoli Lodge has over seven hundred square metres of luxury living space which has been elegantly furnished to showcase the chalet’s traditional features. Sensational views over the highest peaks of the Engadine from many of the rooms enhance the appeal of this already amazing property. The interior design is contemporary with neutral tones that play off the decor’s baronial touches.
The chalet has, amongst other things, a media room with plasma screen – ideal for both presentations and relaxing with a movie – a study / library with everything you need to stay connected and keep up-to-date with work, a grand dining room, drawing room and separate kitchen with breakfast area.
The chalet has a fantastic selection of individually designed en-suite bedrooms (seven to be exact), including a master suite with stone fireplace, private balcony and dressing room and a childrens’ bunk room with handcrafted bunks and tartan linens.
The chalet is an exceptional choice for those with children and as you can see even has a soft playroom with ball-pit – that’s a facility not many hotels or chalets can say they have.
The lodge’s spa area is one to marvel at with an under-lit indoor pool that features water jets and a waterfall. There’s also a hammam, jacuzzi and a treatment room for more in-house relaxation.
The service at Tivoli is tailored specifically to the requirements of guests. They say: ‘If you want to sleep until noon, breakfast will be ready when you wake up and not before..’ and this sentiment is lived up to throughout all offerings. The chalet comes with six staff including a manager and assistant manager who also act as concierges, a chef who has worked in multiple Michelin starred restaurants and a chauffeur for the property’s two (yes two) 4x4s.
